These commands permit text for the running heads to be included. For the camera-ready copy, they are (currently) printed out so many times at the end (later cutting and pasting!) but with aguplus, they will be added at the top of each page of the preprint.\lefthead{

With this command, the author may include his own text to be printed at the top of the preprint title page, such as ``This article is to appear in ....''\slugcomment{

The information that is printed at the end of the camera-ready copy comes after the list of references, and the output is part of that command. If there are no references, then the information must be forced out with the command
\forcesluginfo
following the main text.
